1)  To act as a medium via which government policies from administrative and municipal authorities are relayed to the community.

2) To provide television programs of local interest through local programming

3) To promote community education, empowerment and development via audio-visual broadcasting, by giving people the opportunity to display their talents and enhance development in their communities.

4) Promote conservation, better health, education agriculture small and medium size businesses arts and crafts. 

5) To foster development by empowering particularly young people with the necessary entrepreneurial skills to run their own income generating activities and small businesses, thereby allowing them to be self reliant and reduce the rate of unemployment. 

6) To broaden the knowledge of the community via access to information, and enhance their awareness and education on crucial issues such as health, environmental protection, life skills, gender issues, leadership, entrepreneurship, which will enable the youths to live responsible lives, make informed decisions, engage in the fight against Covid-19 and HIV/AIDS, etc.

7) To contribute to the growth of Cameroon entertainment industry via films, music, arts, etc.
